If you’re looking for a new oceanfront, family friendly restaurant in Nassau, Blue Marlin is one of the latest additions to the downtown dining scene. Located on the western end of the Nassau Cruise Port, the newly opened restaurant offers waterfront views and a relaxed setting just steps away from Bay Street.
The menu focuses on fresh seafood, along with familiar favourites including burgers, sandwiches, salads and cocktails. Many of the dishes feature Bahamian and Mexican influences, giving guests a mix of flavours that fit the casual atmosphere of the restaurant.
Among the standout items are the tuna tostadas, served with caramelized onions, and the shrimp ceviche, which has quickly become a popular choice for seafood lovers. Each dish is prepared fresh in house, with a menu designed for both visitors and Nassau residents looking for a meal by the water.
Guests with room for dessert may also want to try the cheesecake, made from the original recipe of one of the restaurant’s team members. The dessert adds a personal touch to the menu and rounds out the dining experience with a simple homemade finish.
As the Nassau Cruise Port area continues to grow, Blue Marlin adds another option for dining near Bay Street.
