Set against the timeless elegance of Graycliff, the reveal of The Glenrothes 51 unfolded as an evening where craftsmanship, culture, and flavor took center stage. Guests were welcomed with a series of beautifully balanced, aromatic cocktails, each thoughtfully paired with refined tapa style bites designed to highlight the bold, layered character of the whisky.

The tasting journey began with The Glenrothes 12 Year Old, offering a gentle introduction of soft fruit and spice, before moving into the deeper complexity of the 15 Year Old. The experience culminated with the 18 Year Old, where richness and maturity delivered a memorable finish that set the stage for the highly anticipated 51 reveal.
Adding to the significance of the evening, the British Commissioner was in attendance and expressed heartfelt appreciation to Graycliff for its continued partnership and leadership in keeping the wine and spirits industry vibrant, recognizing it as a benchmark for excellence in the region.
Midway through the night, guests were treated to a special cultural moment with the unveiling of an original artwork by Long Island based artist Lynn Parotti. Her striking, detailed rendition of the Blue Hole in Long Island resonated deeply with the spirit of the evening, beautifully echoing the importance of water, the very foundation and key source behind the exceptional character of The Glenrothes 51.
The night was a seamless blend of whisky excellence, culinary finesse, and Bahamian artistry, an unforgettable celebration of heritage, storytelling, and the elements that make truly great whisky possible.
