Sharing culture, food and bubbles...

This year's Bahamas Culinary & Arts Festival celebrated the beautiful connections between cultures from across the Caribbean and around the world.

Throughout the festival, chefs and artists explored the ever-evolving historical influences that shape our cultural expressions and flavours, highlighting how food, art and traditions travel across borders as people move, migrate and share pieces of their heritage.

Bollywood & Bubbles was a perfect example of how cultures separated by thousands of miles can share so many common threads.

The vibrant Bollywood-inspired brunch celebrated Chef Maneet Chauhan's birthday, bringing together bold Indian flavours, festive cocktails, music and lively entertainment. Joining the celebration were acclaimed chef Amanda Freitag and renowned sommelier Amanda McCrossin, who helped create an experience that blended culinary creativity, cultural appreciation and the joy of gathering around the table.

It was a colourful reminder that while our cultures may be geographically distant, food, music and shared traditions have a beautiful way of bringing us together.
