Chef Bri of Authentique Delights To Host The Gilded Plate in Grand Bahama

On Sunday, March 15, The Gilded Plate: A Secret Supper Society will take place in Freeport, Grand Bahama. The five course tasting experience will be led by Celebrity Chef Bri and offered in an intimate supper setting. The exact location will remain private and shared with guests a few days before the event.

Chef Bri, owner of Authentique Delights, is known for blending Caribbean flavors with global techniques. Last year, she hosted her Edible Art Showcase at the Nassau Cruise Port, where guests enjoyed a multi course tasting paired with signature cocktails in a gallery setting. That evening reflected her focus on thoughtful presentation and balanced flavors, rooted in her Bahamian heritage and shaped by her work abroad. The Gilded Plate continues that approach, this time bringing the experience to Grand Bahama.

The March event will feature a five course menu. The evening begins with an amuse bouche of Oxtail Rangoons with mango pepper jelly or Lobster Farced Shrimp. Guests will then choose between Black Truffle King Crab Mac and Cheese or a Salmon Wellington Bouchee. For the soup or salad course, options include French Onion Soup with a garlic crouton crust or Thai Mango Salad.

The main course offers Tagliatelle allo Scoglio, a seafood pasta in white wine sauce, or Brown Rum Butter Blackened Lamb served with coconut rice. Dessert closes the evening with either an Espresso Martini Cheesecake or a Lemon Blueberry Tart. A signature cocktail is included, with guests selecting either the Passion French 75 or the Smoked Pineapple Gold Fashion.

The dress code is Coastal Elegance, and seating is limited to preserve the intimate feel of the supper. The cost is $200 per person, and the event will begin at 5:00pm.
