The 4th Annual Grand Bahama Island Restaurant Fest will run from August 2–16, with over a dozen participating restaurants offering prix fixe menus inclusive of an appetizer, entrée, and dessert.
Under the theme “Authenticity Reimagined,” each restaurant has been asked to showcase its unique culinary spin on Bahamian classics.

The Galley
Appetizer: Conch croquette with piri piri sauce and pigeon pea salsa
Entree: Island-spiced grouper with coconut rice grits and burnt pineapple salsa
Dessert: Guava fritter with toasted coconut sorbet
Price: $75 plus VAT and gratuity
The Stoned Crab
Appetizer: Queen Conch Crepes – Savory crepe filled with Bahamian steamed conch, topped with plantain purée, plantain crisp, Creole sauce, and thyme oil
Entree: Tuna and Grits (East Meets West) – Bennie-crusted Bahamian yellowfin tuna loin, ponzu glaze, classic tuna salad, polenta-style yellow grits, avocado purée, charred avocado, grilled lemon cheek, and bird pepper powder
Dessert: Guava Duff Ice Cream – Guava swirl, guava duff chunks, vanilla tuile

Appetizer: Local pulled pork spring rolls with mango & tamarind (pork from Berkshire Bahamas Farm)
Entree: Poached local lobster tail with crispy rice cake and lobster brandy crème
Dessert: Mini coconut rum cake cheesecake with coconut ice cream

Pelicans on the Beach

Appetizer: Golden, cheesy conch fritters served with a spicy dipping sauce that wakes up your taste buds
Entree: Crispy fries piled with classic loaded toppings like melted cheese, creamy sauce, and scallions, finished with tender conch bites for bold island flavor
Dessert: A soft coconut panny cake drizzled with warm guava sauce for a tropical treat to end your meal right
