Graycliff Restaurant hosted its first Winemaker Series Dinner of the year on February 2, 2026, featuring Continuum Estate and led by Carissa Mondavi and Chiara Mondavi. The evening showcased a six-course dinner paired with Continuum wines and select library vintages.
The menu opened with quail egg with Kaluga Royal caviar and foie gras with truffles, both paired with Sentium Sauvignon Blanc 2023. Graycliff conch chowder followed, matched with Raen Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2023. The main courses included Canard à l’Orange à la Maître Auguste Escoffier with tomate confit, paired with Continuum Library 2005, and the chef’s Carré d’Agneau with pommes Lyonnaise, served with Continuum current releases (2015 and 2022). Dessert featured a chocolate soufflé paired with Banyuls L’Archiviste 1965.
The Graycliff Winemaker Series will continue throughout the year.
