Marcus Fish + Chop House Hosts Negroni and Nigiri-Themed Pop-Up Event (Video Highlight)

This one-off event offered a taste of the creativity that Chef Marcus Samuelsson and Executive Chef Garette Bowe are bringing to Marcus’ kitchen.


The menu featured a selection of Caribbean fusion hand rolls with fillings like fresh conch, shrimp, salmon, and chicken, drizzled with a variety of house-made sauces, all paired with a range of Negroni options.


The pop-up is just one of many culinary events that the restaurant will host in the lead-up to its fifth anniversary this July.
