Marcus Samuelsson brings bold flavor and laid back energy to the shores of Baha Mar Fish + Chop House with Vibe BBQ, a weekend gathering set in the Beach Garden. Taking place every Friday and Saturday from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, the event blends a vibrant atmosphere and a menu rooted in comfort and creativity.
The first Vibe BBQ of the season took place on March 21, with Chef Marcus Samuelsson himself on site, setting the tone for what guests can expect throughout the series.
The menu highlights a mix of smoky, savory favorites and fresh coastal influences. Starters include Brown Sugar Wings or a Smokehouse Caesar featuring romaine, croutons, and creamy garlic dressing, with the option to add jerk chicken, smoked brisket, or grilled salmon.
Sandwiches are served with slaw and kettle house potato chips, with options like the Texas Toast Smoked Brisket Sandwich topped with cheddar and BBQ onion, a Grilled Salmon Burger with avocado and Vibe BBQ sauce, and a Jerk Chicken Sandwich with lettuce and tomato.
Sides keep things classic and satisfying with corn on the cob and creamy mac and cheese.
For a more indulgent spread, My’s Trays offer a combination of collard greens, one small side, grilled bread, house pickles, and Vibe BBQ sauce, paired with your choice of dry rub spare ribs, jerk chicken, smoked jerk cauliflower, or brisket.
