Our Nassau Dining Series makes its next stop at Oasis Bar and Bistro, now located on East Bay Street at Crypto Isle—the former site of Luciano’s Restaurant. After moving from its original Palmdale location, Oasis has settled into its new waterfront home, offering diners the same beloved menu in a refreshed, scenic setting.

With indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the marina, the atmosphere is as appealing as the menu. Oasis is open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, and for dinner only on Tuesdays—offering a flexible schedule for both midweek meals and weekend dining.

The kitchen continues to deliver consistent quality across an extensive menu. Standout recommendations include the creamy Seafood Dip, the flavorful Chicken Pasta, and the crisp, well-seasoned Fish Burger. The Truffle Mac & Cheese is rich and comforting, while the Red Velvet Cheesecake provides a sweet, indulgent finish that never disappoints.

While service can be uneven at times—with occasional delays after seating and cocktail quality that varies—the food remains the highlight, consistently earning praise.
