Soundica Global (Spain), in partnership with Fidelity, will host its highly anticipated American Jazz & Blues Concert Fundraiser on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the Compass Rose Ballroom at the Margaritaville Resort in Nassau, NP. This special evening of world-class music will raise funding for the revival of Ivory Global Management’s Summer Music Master Classes, which will take place in July 2025.

Soundica Global (Spain), Fidelity, and Ivory Global Management Ltd. will present an extraordinary line-up of internationally acclaimed artists for a night of unforgettable performances. The fundraiser will support music education for high school students, University of The Bahamas music students, and members of the Royal Bahamas Police Force, Royal Bahamas Defence Force, and Prison Band.

Headlining the concert is the celebrated trumpeter, vocalist, and producer Joey Sommerville, whose global career spans performances from New York’s Blue Note to Spain’s Majorca Smooth Jazz Festival. Sommerville will be joined by an elite roster of artists, including Rodney Edge, Jorel "JFly" Flynn, and Ron James — each bringing decades of experience and accolades across jazz, blues, gospel, and R&B.

"Over 13 years, Ivory Global Management Ltd. has proudly provided over 600 Bahamian students, members of the Royal Bahamas Police Force and Defence Force bands with life-changing musical education opportunities," said Capt. L. Roscoe Dames II, Managing Director of Ivory Global Management Ltd. "This concert is more than a fundraiser — it's a call to our community to invest in the artistic future of our youth. We can continue this important tradition and expand our impact with your generous support."

Ivory Global Management Ltd. initially launched the Summer Music Master Classes in collaboration with prestigious partners, including the Washington Jazz Arts Institute and Groovward Publishing. This year’s revival will offer advanced instruction and mentoring, building on the programme’s strong legacy of empowering Bahamian talent.

Doors open at 7 p.m., and the concert begins at 8 p.m. Patrons can expect a spectacular showcase of musical artistry while directly contributing to the continued growth of music education in The Bahamas. Ticket donations are $125 and include the concert, complimentary wine and cognac, and the sponsorship of one (1) participant to attend the Summer Music Master Classes in your honour.
