Sunset Flavors: Chef Marcus Samuelsson Hosts Elegant Wine + Dine Dinner at Baha Mar

On Saturday, June 28, Chef Marcus Samuelsson hosted a Wine + Dine Dinner at Marcus on Top, located at the Baha Mar Resort.
Chef Marcus, a world-renowned culinary talent, presented an ocean-view dinner that featured some of the restaurant’s classic dishes alongside special menu items curated by Chef Marcus himself and Executive Chef Garrette Bowe.
Guests were welcomed with a glass of Segura Viudas Cava Brut Vintage, perfectly paired with the meal's opener - an assortment of bites including caviar-topped fried chicken (with a cauliflower option for vegetarians), focaccia, guava jam, and cornbread with honey butter.
A Valminor Albariño accompanied the first course, which included a Dry-Aged Tuna Sashimi. The second course, a tableside Tomahawk steak, was served with a glass of Famiglia Zonin Las Almas Carmenère. And the evening concluded with a decadent rum cake paired with Valverán ice cider.
The event also included options for vegetarians and pescatarians and featured live entertainment by the Curbside Rockerz.
