We’re back with another edition of our Bahamian Sweet Tooth - also known as our “Sweet Mouth” - series, featuring three dessert spots you’ll want to add to your list. This time, we’re visiting OIA Restaurant and The Atrium Café at the Goldwynn Resort Bahamas, along with Kyma, located in the One West Plaza.
OIA and The Atrium share the same Executive Chef, whose rotating menu of desserts and pastries continues to impress. From inventive flavor pairings to beautiful presentation, the Poinciana Magazine team has yet to be disappointed.
Poinciana Magazine contributors share their favorite picks: Nikia (@pinksands242) recommends the Ube Cheesecake, Yuzu Key Lime Pie, and filled croissants. Randia (@randiavk) loves the savory croissants, while Devaughn (@thoughtsbyvaughn) favors the berries and croissant combination.
Meanwhile, Kyma, known for its Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, offers desserts that are just as memorable as its main courses. The warm chocolate chip cookie, gooey and topped with ice cream, is pure comfort, while the fried cheesecake delivers just the right blend of sweetness and subtle savoriness.
