The $95 multi-course menu features:

• First Bite: Fresh Baked Brioche & Fritters

• Course 1: Fish Tartare

• Course 2: Agnolotti with Shrimp

• Course 3: Lemon Pepper Snapper

• Course 4: NY Steak with Aged Garlic

• Dessert: Bahamian Pavlova

There’s also an optional $39 wine pairing.

To round out the evening, also also recommend trying their signature Coconut Old Fashioned, prepared table-side with coconut water and fresh coconut harvested on the property.

The restaurant can also accommodate some dietary restrictions. Our contributor Nikia is a pescatarian, and her chicken bite in the first course was swapped for conch, while her steak was replaced with a flavorful fish ball curry.
