This holiday season, The Ocean Club on Paradise Island has planned a full schedule of events and dining experiences for guests and residents. From the tree lighting and rum tasting to Christmas dinner and New Year’s brunch, the resort offers an easy way to enjoy the season close to home.
The celebrations begin with the Christmas tree lighting on December 11 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at The Martini Bar. Guests can stop by to enjoy drinks and a view of the ocean as the tree lights are turned on.
Between December 19, 2025, and January 2, 2026, a series of weekly activities will take place. Guests can attend rum tasting every Monday from 4pm to 5pm and salsa lessons on Tuesdays from 6pm to 7pm, both at The Martini Bar. On Wednesdays, karaoke is held at the Versailles Pool from 7pm to 9pm, and on Thursdays, the be your own bartender competition begins at 4pm.
On Fridays, sushi and sake is served from 6pm to 9pm, followed by cigar rolling from 7pm to 9pm at The Martini Bar. Saturdays feature oysters and martinis from 6pm to 9pm, and every Sunday, brunch at DUNE is available from 12:30pm to 3pm, with reservations required.
For dining, DUNE by Jean-Georges will be the main venue for holiday meals. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, guests can enjoy a special dinner featuring ribeye with crispy potatoes, spinach, and tamarind steak sauce for $210 per person. On New Year’s Eve, DUNE hosts a five-course dinner with Champagne, live entertainment, and fireworks for $295 per person. The menu includes caviar, Gulf shrimp, roasted seabass, Wagyu beef tenderloin, and a peanut, banana, and caramel tart with chocolate ice cream.
The new year begins with a New Year’s brunch on Sunday, January 4, 2026, featuring an omelette station, seafood bar, pasta and sushi stations, stir-fry, carving station, and Bahamian dishes such as jerk chicken, roasted grouper, peas and rice, and macaroni and cheese.
The resort’s Trattoria Versailles serves lunch daily from 11am to 4:30pm and dinner on select evenings from 6pm to 10pm. Guests can also enjoy apple cider, hot cocoa, and cookies in the lobby each day during the festive period.
The Ocean Club’s holiday calendar gives Bahamians and visitors a range of options to celebrate the season. Whether for dinner, a social evening, or a Sunday brunch, Paradise Island offers many ways to enjoy the holidays.
