Our Nassau Brunch Series returns with a visit to Kyma, a Greek restaurant located at One West Plaza in western New Providence. Known for its fresh seafood and inventive fusion of Greek, Bahamian, and international flavors, Kyma offers a weekend brunch experience that stands out for its vibrant menu and consistently high-quality dishes.
Brunch at Kyma is served on Saturdays and Sundays, offering both indoor and patio dining options in a relaxed, modern atmosphere. The menu reflects the restaurant’s Mediterranean roots while also embracing local ingredients and global touches. One of the standout strengths at Kyma is its consistency—dish after dish arrives fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented.
During a recent visit, we enjoyed a selection of standout dishes. The Crab Cake was a particular favorite—packed with tender crab and bursting with flavor, delivering the rich, indulgent experience you'd expect from a seafood dish. The French Toast, made with thick slices of homemade bread, offered comforting, rustic texture that made it a satisfying choice. For drinks, the Greek Spritz was light and refreshing, while the Purple Rain Cocktail struck the perfect balance of crispness and sweetness.
Kyma manages to offer a brunch that feels both elevated and inviting, with dishes that celebrate its Greek heritage while embracing the Bahamian spirit. Whether you’re there for the food, the cocktails, or the relaxed weekend vibe, it’s a strong contender in the local brunch lineup.
